This project involved creating and giving away 6" x 6 cat collages to lift people's spirits and encourage them to vote. Why were the cats angry? Because they didn't want to be grabbed.  

Voter registration information appeared on the back, and the stare of feline disapproval encouraged follow-up in getting to the polls.
